You two have competed at the last two State Championships(2012 Track) and that is great. The work you two have put in to get to this level and be able to compete is phenomenal. Your efforts have been fantastic and I am happy for you.

This season has been remarkable! If I’m not mistaken, Nicky ran 8 out of 11 races faster than his best from last season; the 3 you didn’t run a personal best you didn’t need to and won those. I cannot overstate just how impressive your improvement has been. Beamer, you ran 7 out of 11 faster than your fantastic Regional last fall. The only hiccup was ADIDAS. This is a season you can build from and springboard yourself to even better performances.
