Always Do Your Best. Your best is going to change from moment to moment; it will be different when you are healthy as opposed to sick. Under any circumstance, simply do your best, and you will avoid self-judgment, self-abuse and regret. - Miguel Angel Ruiz

The results of our best efforts on the last meet will be far greater than this first one. I believe many had unrealistic expectations going into this race (including myself). The race results are a true indicator of where we are and no guess work is required to know just how fit or unfit we are collectively.

Our success in the future (near and far) is dependent on our desire to improve, persistence throughout the Fall and our commitment to our goals. If we continue to train with purpose and resolve to be better, the times will improve and our team finishes will be better.
