I would hope on a fast course like this we would run a lot of personal bests and we did; in fact, of the ten returning runners, six had PRs. Today was an opportune time to send a message and we did. We confirmed what our strengths are which is two legit front runners. We also displayed our greatest weakness - a gap the size of the Grand Canyon. A large gap is not surprising when the front runner is in the 15's, but we cannot accept a 2 minute gap. We just can't. Let's use this meet as a spring board and work diligently to improve as a team. "Individual commitment to a group effort - that is what makes a team work, a company work, a society work, a civilization work."
