I am extremely happy for you guys that have been in the program and proud of what you accomplished today. I know that today’s victory is a direct result of your hard work in the previous weeks and months. It was a great effort up front by the top 5 and especially wonderful fight by the 6^th and 7^th guys. If you guys don’t race and compete for all 4700 meters, we get beat (again). Today’s win was a team effort and a direct result of the trials of miles and miles of trials.

The new guys did a great job of competing today. You guys can be something special this year and in the years to come. I am psyched for you guys and this accomplishment. Please understand we have a long season to go and this is just one of many steps we will take together.
