Team Stats:

1-5 Gap:  45 seconds is very good and can be improved
1-7 Gap:
1 minute and 21 seconds is too large and should be bettered

You guys ran a quality race against some good competition. It is nice to see some consistency in your performances during this time of year. This is a challenging course that rewards those who have logged a tremendous amount of quality miles. The hills and terrain demand a racer be in great shape. The next time you race here you will be fitter, stronger and faster. I hope you will be hungrier too.

I encourage you guys to continue to run in packs for the first mile to two miles. There are great benefits to working collectively and sharing the stresses of running. Having one or two teammates with you helps during the tough times and the moments you want to let up. Practice this way and it can happen on race day.
