This is a pure speed course and not your forte

Your tank was low to start

I don’t think flat courses are your strength right now

You’re either the prey or the predator

Figure out the problem in practice by training at race pace

Hey, man, you keep getting faster – nice.

Team Stats:

1-5 Gap:  45 seconds (Although the goal is 30 seconds, this isn’t bad)
1-7 Gap: 52 seconds (This is a fantastic gap!)

I am to blame for the top 7 slow times. Tuesday was too long and too hard a workout for you to recover in 4 days. If this were a championship week we wouldn’t have trained so hard; our championship meets are in October and until we get there, we’re going to train with a great deal of intensity. Keep the prize in mind as we continue to work hard in the weeks to come. We did have some PR’s so congratulations to those guys.
